I was amazed at the quick response once I was able to get through the maze and frustration of hours of AI generated questions that I couldn't get past the information that I had to say that I already had a ticket and so on with Safeco automated service. Which I will hopefully be able to address directly to them. But I was very very pleased with LBZ towing and recovery. The father and son were very courteous and very thorough. And as they unloaded my van they made sure that it was straightened out and worked quite a bit back and forth pushing in and wiggling it around and then making sure that the tires were straight. And yes I was very very pleased with their quick response and courteous service and I would recommend them. Plus their trucks set up is very clean and very professional. As well as their appearance. You could tell that they took pride and what they did.
My roadside assistance let me down. Two providers failed to appear. These guys were on the road immediately once contacted, were easy to get a hold of for updates, and were very quick and efficient about getting my car unlocked for me. Thank you!

Best price and came within 30 minutes and got the job done within less than 5 minutes. every company wanted 100+ even 300+ dollars for a simple lock out and they did it for less than that. Best company in town by far. Thank you!
